How do I cheat?

If i had a game detects cheat engine through regedit, can i rename it or somthing?
will UCE work? coz if it does i would have to make one... making 1 is troublesome..

There are a lot of UCEs in the forum, use the search button or look in the game section of the game you need the UCE for.
