No. Look on the left side, by the person's post, and under thier name and avatar, there are two hands (one thumb up, one down). Click up for rep and down for de-rep.

I don't think its 2 weeks

lol I got my ability to rep when I attained Master Cheater

But I know it's not the ranking.

It took more than 2 weeks for me I'm pretty sure.

nah you probably reached master cheater around the time you hit 2weeks.

I'm pretty sure i heard somewhere it was 2weeks.
