in cheat engine why are some found adresses changing constantly...why do they do that?

Because they are "dynamic", and or this address in memory serves more purposes then just what your looking for.

Example: Say you was looking for and address in game that said you gain gold.
Next thing you know it says the name of the town your in or weapon your using. This address is serving more then just 1 purpose.
