Wow, problem solved.
1) Ctrl + Alt + Del
2) Go to the processes tab
3) Close anything Norton related
4) Download 15,000 programs from Limewire.

im not meaning it like that, my dad put mine as a limited in norton, but im an admin at the comp...
MagicPowaz: Can you tell me the list of the things related in the Process Watch? Cuz they look all the same to me...

Okay, in the processes list, you'll see that there's a description on the right.
Extend the window so you can read all the descriptions. Then it should be easy to see what's Norton and what isn't.
Don't delete anything that's being run by "SYSTEM."
You'll see what I mean when you open it. There'll be a lot of process names, and next to them, there'll be "SYSTEM."

Ok just go to Start -> Run -> Type in "services.msc" and click ok.
If you find anything Norton-related, right click it and select "Stop".

| well, now im really scared, cuz i activated it... But i scanned it with my norton internet security anti-virus,(ironic), well, the results were negative. But, im still scared... Is it possible for you to give me the website you got it from???
