Wow, 12GB that's low. I have a 60GB limit (Used to be unlimited, but my ISP went gay) I pass it every month  but it's only 0.50 a GB.

They have the limit so people don't run servers off of their normal computer. They make them pay big money for for unlimited access because they are greedy bastards.
