I can't figure out how people learn to hack. I know it's illegal so how would you learn? You wouldn't be able to learn from school or college, so you must have to learn off the internet. I don't think books would be published with that kind of info in them either. I have a friend who does computer forenzicks and security for his job but I'm pretty sure his work taught him how to do it all. I'm scared to ask him because he might get suspisious and report me or something. If anyone would be so kind as to tell me what you learn from that'd be great.

sure there are books, even schools and seminars about it.

rootkit.com has some interesting info, and probably also some books.
Also, do visit somw blackhat seminars, they get held on occasion. They'll teach you some interesting stuff as well

Lol. My friend does computer forenzicks, security and investigations and can hack like a friggin...miner ( I hope you got that joke). I was just too afraid to ask him about learning stuff he knows so thanks for the info.
