I know that CE is very incompatible with vista, but you can find addresses amd get the pointer correct? Im just wondering.

I run vista and use CE very occasionally,
I can do everything perfectly except for speedhack. One downside though is that when I close out of the debugger, my game crashes. Another con is the buttons are invisible so I have to hover my mouse over them for them to appear.

I cant do anything. Run CE in compatibility mode, settings are correct, it gives me an error than closes. BTW no, my antivirus isnt acting up.

Are you running it in administrator mode?

Right click.
Start as administrator

I run on administrator mode + compatibility to window XP service patch 2 (on the properties)
but my PC alway boot/restart whenever I try to open the CE.
so I can't even open it at all

I tried on projectX and Sara engine newest version

try the normal cheat engine
and make sure to NOT enable anything in settings->extra
uce's that use the old jumper code will not work in vista

the one downloadable at http://cheatengine.org/CheatEngine53.exe doesn't use jumper
