VB6 never had an "enterprise" edition like Visual Studio 2005. But you can find the install for Visual Studio 6 which includes, VB6, C++, FoxPro 6, and InterDev 6 on like any torrent site, some IRC servers, etc.

Bah what I ment to say was "express edition". I have the enterprise version myself >< which comes with VB6, C++, FoxPro and InterDev along with various other little tools.

Did a little googling just now, didn't see any actual express version but I'm pretty sure there was a debug level version that would let you run things in the IDE but not compile them. (Can't remember though, was years ago >.>)
