becuase its an open source, other ppl makes uce's now, and db havent released a ce over a year O_o unless he's working on something good... like adding a packet editor and it'll work for vista and more options lol

Just because it is open source doesn't mean it won't continue.
A lot of successful programs are open source.
A lot of the public UCEs are not that great if you ask me...
The best UCE is one you make yourself.
That way it works best to your liking, and it has all the features you need and want.
DarkByte already announced that CE 5.4 will have support for Vista 32 bit.
