i was wondering how to use cheat engine 4.4 i downloaded it and when i open it i have no clue what to do next. if someone could help me i would really appreiciate it.

1. The newest official Cheat Engine is 5.3

i was doing the tutorial and on step 2 i did what it said but it won't let me click next. what do i do?

You have the wrong value then.
Search for 100 at the beginning.
Then click hit me, search for the new number.
Click hit me again, and search for the new number.
You should now only have one address, add that address and change the value to 1000.
Click next.
