u can if its not a multiplayer game...
its a memory editor so u can scan for values of the game and change them like money u search for ur money amount and then change it...
u cant memory edit if its on the server side...

You cant stat change on WoW, it's serversided.

I don't see him asking for WoW hacks.
But true, most online multiplayer (also few single player games, like AdventureQuest) which inludes lvl/exp is server sided.
