It tells you EXACTLY what to do... but anyway.

1. Enter 100.
2. Click First Scan
3. Now you have some addresses, so go back to the tutorial, click Hit Me. Your health lowered. Enter the new value and click Next Scan.
4. Change it to 1000. Profit.
