You can't hack it with CE. Unless theres some sort of timers on the site, and if their Client Sided you should be able to use speedhack either to slow/speed up things, but as i said it will only work if it is Client Sided.

Visual Basic, Delphi, C++, C#, ASM theres many kind of languages which you can use to make other programs.

Try figure out what you want to do, if you just wanna program for fun you should try Delphi or Visual Basic (I would recommend Delphi) if you wanna earn money on it some day you should go with C++ or ASM.

Read some articles about the diffrent languages so you will learn something about them before starting and which language that fits your needs.
