Cheat Engine

for one thing? I'm getting 4 different addresses for mana and hp in this new game called Mythos. They all reflect changes in my hp and mp respectively.

Why's this happening?

perhaps the 3 other addresses are just temporary addresses used to display it on the screen?

Any ideas Bored? After scanning over and over, I was able to get rid of 1...but still left with 3 addresses.

Well if you did the c.e tut you find the same thing. 2 are defaults. you must change your health or whatever your scanning. the one that changes is the real one.

Deleting? Like when I add them to the table?

EDIT: It's weird because even though I know it's mana, when I change the value of it to something higher, the mana in game doesn't change at all.

add all 4 of them at the same time
change the first one to 10
change the 2nd one to 20
3th one to 30
and 4th one to 40

lose 1 point in mana.
See what all 4 addresses change to now
if 9, then the correct one is the first one
if 19, the correct one is the 2nd one
if 29 the correct one is the 3th one
and if 39 I really have no idea.....

lol that's an interesting technique.

Using that, method, the first one changed to 8 (It's a 2mp skill I used), so I figured it was the right one. The 2nd and 3rd went to 52, then back to 54, meaning they're unchanged.

However, I thought changing value was the same as changing the MP in the game? Cuz if the first one is correct, why isn't my max MP at 10? It's still at 54

Uhm and some addys may have the same value as others so you will get multiple addys, just test each of them out and one of them should work if you found the right set of addys.
