i no to go to advanced options and then the flopy disk, now wtf do i do?

Create a new trainer that (must be ticked)
Will run during the game/application, and modify data (must be ticked)

-> Ok, when you wanna save click Generate trainer.

Theres a good guide by someone here on CEF named "me". Try searching...I can't find it right now. Basically to get started, load a CT, go to advanced options, then do what Kevinnn said.
