Use Delphi 7 to make a UCE.

You should use these tools to make your cheatengine.

- Actual Search and Replace.
- Windows DDK. ( Driver development kit. )
- Delphi 7.

And to that an undetected string OR any string.

And you can use some of Cheat Engines files to make ur own UCE, so you dont have to do it by scratch. Its what Im gonna do for my UCE.
