Cheat Engine

When i try to open a .CT file it gives me this annoying error:

Failed to get data for 'protect CE'

Anyone knows what i'm doing wrong?

btw: I wanted to hack Gunbound with 1 hit k.o and i tried to open DAMAGE.CT the CT for 1 hit k.o and it gave me this error too.
I asked around and someone said i'd have to delete all the .des files in gunbound gamguard directory, but that didn't work either.

Edit: Aha i found it already, but another problem occured,
when i open the .CT file; and i want to change the value i can't change it cause the whole thing is frozen. I can't even click the check box

Yes, there's a bug in CE. If you are using windows 9x you can check the undo modifications to ce option. That should actually have been disabled for 9x.
