i want you to please undo it cause i havent done anything bad i think(tell me if im wrong)

P.S. im using a friends computer to post this.

what is your ip currently?
(none of the ip's ever posted with the account you're posting now is banned. no 59.100.xx.xx is banned and no 123.3.xx.xx is banned either )

And what message do you get? The you are banned from the forum, or won't it load at all ?

that ip isn't blocked as far as I know.
perhaps your isp blocked ce.
And what message do you get? You are banned from using this forum? The site just won't load?

also, check your c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file and make sure there's no mentioning of cheatengine in there

best edit your ip out mnbvcxz887 otherwise some arshole will be pinging it

thats why darke byte didn't put your whole ip in his answer

What DarkByte is talking about is looking in this file.

Open it with word or notepad and look for this line* It should be the last one in the list.
127.0.0.1 localhost

If this is written in this file at all, then remove it. Thats why your getting blocked.
127.0.0.1 www.cheatengine.org
