How do I cheat?

ive followed the uce tutorial exactly how it says, this is my 3rd time getting the errors below.
[RC Error] trainer.rc(4): Cannot open file: trainer.exe
[RC Fatal Error] trainer.rc(1): Compile
[Warning] cheatengine.dpr(79): File not found: 'ChangeValuefrm.dfm'
[Warning] cheatengine.dpr(81): File not found: 'ConfigUnrandomizerFrm.dfm'
[Warning] cheatengine.dpr(82): File not found: 'DissectCodeunit.dfm'
[Warning] cheatengine.dpr(100): File not found: 'formProcessInfo.dfm'
[Warning] cheatengine.dpr(105): File not found: 'frmBreakpointlistunit.dfm'
[Warning] cheatengine.dpr(108): File not found: 'frmCodecaveScannerUnit.dfm'
[Warning] cheatengine.dpr(121): File not found: 'frmModifyRegistersUnit.dfm'
[Warning] cheatengine.dpr(122): File not found: 'frmProcesswatcherExtraUnit.dfm'
[Warning] cheatengine.dpr(123): File not found: 'frmProcessWatcherUnit.dfm'
[Warning] cheatengine.dpr(134): File not found: 'ModuleSafetyUnit.dfm'

[Fatal Error] Could not create output file '..\..\Cheat Engine Delphi\cheatengine.RUS'
i tried compiling the trainer.dpr but that just gets alot of missing file errors anyone know what i should do?
