OK, let's get this out of the way first; i am complete and utter noob to the hacking business, so plz go easy on me 
With that out of the way, I will tell you what i want to do, and would ask you to tell me if what i want to do is possible, and give a tutorial on how to do it;
I play on a private WoW server, and want to make a lvl70 character. I would also like to give this character decent items (obviously not uber imba items - i dont wanna get banned lol)
Can this be done?
If so, how?
