So I'm assuming someone caught me speedhacking, because that's the only think I can remember doing that would cause my account to be "temporarily suspended".

I have not received an email for any word from Blizzard regarding the issue, so I wanted to ask this:

Has anyone here ever been suspended from WoW for using Cheat Engine? I really would appreciate it if you could share with me how long you were suspended for (Perma-ban?), and how long it took to receive any information on the matter.

It will catch you and ban you automatically.

I use certain less popular UCE's to hack WoW. I think the original Cheat Engine is on their blacklist. Other than that, someone probably saw you.
But any and all hacking bans are permanent.

Sounds like you were reported for something else.

Possibly cussing in a general public chat?

i got banned for 3 days for using a mountain climb hack, and WoW detects CE for example if you are using a private server and open ce then open wow it says warning a 3rd party program cheat engine is open bla bla bla. i got banned about a day after using it lol it sucks

I got 3 accounts banned, but I was using lots of hacks. Lots of people I know say it is REALLY easy to get caught hacking WoW
