Here's a copy and paste from CE 6.4's help menu:
Quote: | The structure spider is like the structure dissect a useful tool in finding common values and differences between structures.
The structure spider goes a bit further in that it automatically follows all possible pointer paths.
When doing a scan, you can give two base pointers and tell the scanner that the values should be the same, or different
Another use of the structure spider is that it can focus on stringscans, which is useful for heavily scripted games. For example, if a script engine changes the value of a variable named "ammo" you could do a structure scan for the text "ammo" . This will show all paths to that variablename.
De a rescan a few times to filter out the paths that are wrong, and you'll have a pretty stable pointerpath you can use in a code injection to see if the script engine is going to change ammo, or something else |

I got big help please stop asking this question. Structure Spider is to
Compare two Structures. Like 2 rpg characters that you have a base address for. It allows you to visually compare the memory structures against each other.
AND WT® do mean by low help. Dude stop spamming. _________________

The way I see it, most people learn by doing stuff instead of being told what to do. The vast majority of everything I've learned about CE and computer science in general has come from trial and error, Google, and Wikipedia. The only time I ever read a tutorial is to make sure I'm not getting the wrong idea about something, or maybe I'll pick up a few shortcuts or other miscellaneous tidbits of information that aren't directly related to the tutorial itself.
That entry in CE's help menu gives a good enough explanation of how to use the structure spider. If you don't understand something, google it. Everything else you can figure out by using it. _________________

Very true and well said. FAILURE is the only way to learn anything.
Still waiting to see if OP post backs to tell us he understands. _________________
