i don't have (and don't plan to create) a bank account

but would it be possible to do this without a bank account?
(just survey sites + paypal)

1. do some surveys
2. buy online things such as dragon amulet, star captain, facebook credits, rapidshare membership, etc

Just try to do surveys to earn 20 bucks. It will take you weeks, if ever. Alot of surveys have you pay say, 5 bucks with a credit card, and then make you jump through hoops to get 6 back. Along with doing such a survey being nerve racking and frustrating, I doubt that you, being 13 years old, even have a credit card.

So to answer your original question, no, it is not possible.

maybe u can find some game shop that provides paypal service, or just beg to use ur parents credit card (< i did that once)

As a lot of people have said before, surveys are extremely boring and their goal is for you to make as little money as possible. They usually don't let you withdraw your money until you have around $10-$20 so they're hoping you'll just give up before you reach $10

I know it all sounds good in your head, thinking "Hey I'll just do some surveys then buy all the stuff I want" but it usually never works out. Although if you are really determined you could use paypal that way without needing a bank account. I personally tie my paypal with my credit card so the sellers don't know any of my information

I would get job and buy prepaid credit cards or a walmart green dot card, this is how im buying stuff off of the internet.

it would be impossible for me to own a credit card, even with my parent's permission, there is just no way i would own a credit card

Just get yourself a reloadable Visa card. I have one for all online purchases. Load what you need on it when you need it. If the data gets stolen you are out only what's on the card.

if it gets stolen, i could be in debt of money i didnt use

google Visa Greendot. They offer a card that you purchase here we can get em from 7-11 a corner store if you aren't from US. You give them say $20 the card is loaded with that money and accessible almost immediately. You can also reload them as needed, simply go back to the store and pay em what you want put onto the card.

You will still need to associate some form of ID with the card to have it reloadable though. I use them for all online purchases.
