I know that if you eat and exercise then you burn calories, but what about if you exercise then eat, do you still burn the same amount of calories?

Well you're suppose to always eat something that has a lot of protein after a workout so that your muscles can repair.
Not sure if you'll burn the same amount of calories but if you're trying to build muscle then always eat after a workout (Something that contains protein of course).

I always swim for like an hour before dinner.
Then I eat a fuckton of food. I'm not fat.
I hope that answers your question.

| well that's depends on what you do next, if you exercise and then eat a lot and then just sit near pc, well there's high chances that you'll eventually get fat

Swimming makes you extremely hungry, try eating before hand so you dont pig out and overeat afterwards.

| You will still burn the same amount of calories, but the food you eat afterwards is just supplying more. Eat proteins and some carbs before excericising to provide you with energy and protein to build and maintain muscles. Just don't eat too much carbs as you'll have to work a lot harder to burn the calories.

There is no difference. Your body stores the energy it gets. So if you eat 400 calories and then exercize you'll burn 400+ because your metabolism for the rest of the 12 hours will increase, same if you exercize and then eat 400 calories. Though, if you haven't eaten anything the whole day before you exercize your body will force it self to preserve energy by slowing down metabolic rate, ect..

There's your answer. If you eat just before swimming it will give you cramps, I tried it. Luckily it was in the red ocean so I didn't drown(obv.).

I suppose so. In fact, it may even be more efficient. When eating and doing exercise, you first burn of the energy form the eaten food and then move onto the fat storages. If oyu exercise before eating, you will start burning calories straight form the reserves... no?
Correct me if wrong. I think, overall, as far as you exercise enough, it doesn't necessarily matter if you do so befor eor after eating.

Your right though..., High intensity exercize burns glucose/sugars until your muscle glucose reserves are depleted and your body has to refil them, Low intensity burns complex carbohydrates, oxygen, & fat.
