working a bit on the site and organizing the ce project a little bit more.
There's a bugtracker at http://cheatengine.org/mantis/ and some people may even understand how it works

Yes. You find a bug. File a report. Dark Byte will look at it to make a solution. Just the top of my head how it works. Only 2 people posted something me and uligor. OHH and DB of course.

A small bug is with automated settings, but no one really does that unless they edit the CE source. It you had automatic settings, and it was your first time running that engine, it would restart your computer if you click "OK" on the settings.

Not sure if that's any good for reporting since it's only on edited sources.

So, would it be useful to you to report minor bugs that don't really effect to overall usage of CE?

uce/edited sources don't count, unless you plan on adding the sources to the main ce project, in which case you can make it a tweak, and after the tweak has been put in and tested you can make a bug report about that newly added code

and yes, minor bug reports are usefull as well
