Seems like the password is a single character. But failed to dig further through the complicated code.
The compare value determining the jump is 0034B940, but I have no idea how to get eax to equal that if I don't modify the registers/code.

Damn the password in hex is exactly 34b940. I was there but I didn't expect the password would be an integer!
