To use a cheat engine you download the file then use winzip or winrar to unzip the file containing the cheat engine double click on the cheat engine once it is unzipped and taddah!

After you installed it , and Started it a Turial Message will pop up . So You should just make the Turial that Cheat Engine has , then you will see how to use it .

This will teach you how to use the basics of it and from there you can read others tutorials and go for more.
This same thing has been brought up time and time again.

You have to do that tutorial to gt a feel for CE.
