When i turn on the computer.
It goes to the desktop after loading.
Then..
There are no icons, start menu.
On the desktop.
I have to turn it off and on like 10 times.
Then the stuff is there.


I've tried system recovery, It doesn't work. Any ways to fix this? I'll try all possible ways.

Does it stop loading as soon as it hits the desktop, or does it seemingly continue to load...ie make the usual loading noises with the led light on the front telling you it is doing something...?
