guess its long time since he was on Windows Update, perhaps he havent even installed the update "Windows Installer 3.1"


goto http://www.update.microsoft.com and install all "critical updates" Wink

Run what? CE? if you have the .RAR file, extract it onto your desktop. open the .exe file "buffy" or wateva ur using. get the settings correct, you can find settings in forums from "Seker". He has Pics to view where to click ^^. But can't help you with rest coz you haven't given enuff info on what you're wanting
