Can anyone tell me or give me a link to a page that has information on how to activate a cheat?

What kind of cheat do you want to activate?
You have to use the scan function of Cheat Engine to hack values. If you want to activate it, use 4-byte and multiply values by 8 if you use Flash 8 or higher, remeber to use exact value.

if you don't get that, you can easily speed hack, just check the speedhack option AFTER attaching to a process, then fill in the box for how fast you want to go and there you have it.

If thats too hard, then don't use CE....
