i really need help w/ step 3 how do i change my health Sad

what you want to do here is to do an unknown inital value scan.
then click the "hit me" button to get your health to go down some.
After that, change you scan to a decreased value scan,
repeat the step of decreasing your "health" and scanning 1-3 times (or as many asyou feel nesassary)
there might be several address's still, choose the one that has a value between 0-500 double click it, and change the value to 5000 and I believe that is all.
