CheatEngine can hack only SinglePlayer games..??? or Online ( mmorpg ) too ???

It can do online games as well just depends on how the client handles things.

Yes, it does depend on how the client handles things..if referring to gold..health..etc. But it can also be used for other types of hacks. Just look at maplestory.
