How do I cheat?

I go to download cheat engine and the 5.2 link didnt work.. So I click on the older versions and it says...
Delete opperation successful. You have just deleted /CheatEngine511.exe
Huh, wait. You're not the admin! OMG!!! I just deleted this file for no reason!
OMG! WTF!!!!!!
I'm calling the cops you hacker!!!!11!!1
I have your ip, it's 68.217.2.60 and you're using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.9) Gecko/20050711 Firefox/1.0.5
If this is a joke you seriously need to STOP IT, not funny.. scared the shit out of me.
BTW: i would like to download the damn program too =P

So you're the one that deleted it !!!!
Anyhow, just click on reload on the download page, with luck you'll get a different mirror to download from. (I still need to update the mirror list)
