How do I cheat?

when installing CEi get an error it says

C:\Program Files\Cheat Engine\dbk32.sys

An error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directory: An error occured while trying to rename a file in the destination directory:
MoveFile failed; Code 5
Access is denied.

If i ignore it and keep installing when i change the settings i get an Error about the kernel mode driver could not be loaded and that process watch wont work so what should i do thank you.Sorry if this has been posted
