Anyone here familure with hacking Mechwarrior? Specificly Mechwarrior 4 Mercenaries. What ive been interested in doing is changing toages of mechs, putting equipment on certaing mechs that they dont support, making non jump jet capable mechs have jj's and the likes. The problem is Im not really sure how I would go about doing this because the game stores your mech varients in seperate files outside of the game so I dont even know if I can really scan for the values through the game.

I have that game and all I had the patience for was making my tonnage freeze so I could completely deck out my Mech. But after a while it would crash with an int error, and I was to lazy to go back and fix it. You can do it with CE, just make sure you are attached to the right game process (there is 2 for Mech Warriors).

Yea isn't the other process that you meen the mercs.icd which is the antipiracy thing.
