Cheat Engine

I have downloaded it. Here is the thing:

I created while ago a trainer for PES6, and it works pretty well. But the thing is that I have maded it in TCK (Trainer Creation Kit) where I cannot put my own icon, or some bmp background, I can't even resize it! So I know the exact adress that I should patch and I want to use Cheat Engine. I have tried and it works but still there are some problems:

1. What the heck is wrong with that Manual Desgn option? I can just resize it and nothing more, how to add buttons and text?

2. I failed to find an option that will add a value, and then when I press the button again it will add a same value again. For example the sccore in the game is 0:0, I press the button and the sccore is 1:0, again and it's 2:0 etc. It only adds a value and when I press again it remains still.

3. The hotkeys?! Why I must use Ctrl+smth why I can't just use standard buttons like F1?

Some help please?
