Sory coz i nobbs here. I have some problem finding the memory address

oke what i want to find is like this :

there is a music game, and in this game there is a bar (let say this bar is for beat of music) and the bar is looping (1234 and back again 1234, its running with the music). And supposely I want to find the value when the bar reach the 3 beat, so i can't stop the bar moving and make it freeze at 3 beat. I don't know the value. So how I can find that value and mem address using CE?

Under settings->Hotkeys, set a hotkey to pause the program.
