OK, so I've done some basic scanning for addresses with numbers\text and thats all simple, but each time i reload the game some of the addresses are different. I believe this is where Pointers come in but when I look for "What Writes It" nothing ever shows, no matter what address i look up.
I know the value of the address is meant to change before i see something appear, but never does. Also if I go into Memory Viewer all the Registers, flags, Segment Registers say "00000000", "0" or "0000" no matter which address I pick.
This is all very odd to me as I read that this is how it should be done and it should work. Maybe i need to try a different approach which is what I need help with.
Also i do a scan for my HP, for example lets say 2000HP and get the address, then I do a New Scan with "Values Between" "2100" and "0" but the end result is 0 Found, reason why ?
Thanks
Edit:
I realise I've been doing it a different way..
Process List >> [Window List] >> *Game Window*
Which now is possible why I dont get any pointers. I tried to load the UCE from the process list, but the game just closes itself.. bummer..
Still looking for reason why "Value Between" doesn't show results :S _________________

I tried this and get the same result of no pointers showing up.
I presume this is because i'm using the game Window instead of the game process for scanning. If i try to hook the UCE to the process but you have to this before the game loads. As soon as i hook the game process then it closes (as stated above)
Thanks anyways. _________________
