How do I cheat?

Hi People,

I hope that I could get some help here. I am trying to do one specific thing in a PSP game run on PPSSPP. I do not know how to look for the address to build cheat. The tutorials that I saw cover:
1)things you know the precise number of, like ammo
2)things you don't know the precise number but can manipulate, like health bar

What I need is how to reach for sth that I have 0 of and do not have "legal" means of gaining.

What should I do?

Would be grateful for help.
