Did you guys get a deal to be incorporated in windows 11?

nope. the previous buyer of that computer must have installed it and then returned it to the shop for a refund, and the shop didn't clean it

or maybe you copied it from your microsoft account

I think it's from my Microsoft account. There are other shortcuts from my other computer on there as well as a folder from onedrive with games from my computer.
