Cant load DBVM [HELP]

How do I cheat?

CPU: Ryzen 9 7950X3D
OS: Windows 10 Pro

If I open CE and click Help->About than it says in green letters "Your system supports DBVM. After I click on it I get the error message "I don't know what you did, you didn't crash, but you also didn't load DBVM". But if I look with ProcessHacker CEDRIVER is loaded?? (see Screenshot).

If I disable SVM in my BIOS and try to load DBVM my system is freezing and I cant do anything (no BSOD). Windows features like "Hyper-V" are disabled.

I hope someone can help pls
