I’m trying to find values that never change in most games which is like the UI colors for Health and MP Bars for Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix. I did find an over-all HUE Scale for this HP/MP UI in the form of 4bytes with a value of 128 by default.

I haven’t come across a tut about finding static colors as of yet. Would I check .dlls instead of .exe?

If you have an example for another game where this has been solved please let me know! I will do more research.

No, I have never heard or seen of games storing colors of HUDS or UIs in DLLs but I haven't played every single game. It'll usually be a value, OR values somewhere in memory. But the fact it's static means it'll be much much more difficult for you. KH is pretty popular so before trying & causing hours of frustration & headaches, maybe you can see if someone else has done it for it & gather information to help you. Unless that's what you mean by you haven't found a tut.

It'll probably be a long while before I play KH 1.5, & I don't techinically look for Hud & UI data to modify, I'm more than likely gonna spend time making a character model swap cheat, weapon & items, health etc. Maybe noclip. Those are the main ones I do in games. But I'll be playing it on the PS3 emulator. When I do. I do hope you get what you need.

Thanks. I've nvr been able to make a successful model swap using CE alone I'm sure it's hard. But I've found a lot of stuff already.

I have edited the .dds hud colors from iAyeCaptainKai so I have what I need, but I am still searching for them in CE.

You're welcome, sorry I couldn't help more. Usually it's always game dependant on where things are located & how they work, that person probably spent hours upon hours searching in memory considering that game is pretty big in file size just to give you a heads up. It's like over 20GB. Most games today are much more, which means more time & work... Honestly games even in MB or KB can take time. Just from experience.

Yes model swapping is hard sadly, I can't tell you how many crashes & headaches I endure. Any kind of swapping is going to be difficult & I wish it wasn't but I do it anyway. I have seen on Nexus Mods just taking a brief look, there's only a few swapping mods but only one completely changing main character to Xion, & it's only visuals/audio. Nothing with enemies. So that's something I'll be working on, whenever I get to KH.

I seen the UI mod you got too, which seems to work upon reboot. I might be wrong though. Regardless it seems like you will be doing some work, you could always ask how Kai did it & see if they say. A lot of them don't for varying reasons. I had some work of mine stolen some years ago I posted on here & the person, whoever it was, never credited me for it in their wiki. It was a swapping tutorial. I stripped all important info out of anger. It was hours of work to find. Pic is just for proof.

Some people ruin it for everyone else, I haven't felt comfortable really sharing since except my experiences & that was just recently. Even if I was to share for one game 99% chance it wouldn't likely work with others, all games work differently.

Yes, plagiarizing work or reporting without crediting is a disgusting habit which is common unfortunately.

I did take that user’s mod on nexus and changed the HP/MP colors to pink and white for a playable Kairi mod and I have the files. Issue is I can’t share them because it’s not my mod. I asked the author if they can upload it for me, but no response so far.

So I have a few things I took from peoples hard work and modified them to my liking, but never share without their blessing.

Which is fine! You're not trying to pass it off as your own hard work. I don't think they'll mind if you credit but of course some want permission first, I'm glad you got what you needed though! I'm sure one day you'll be advanced at memory editing enough you won't even have to ask for help. Instead you'll be giving the help, if you want that is. If you do so happen to post any of your work just be careful.

Also yes Timesplitters is probably my all time favorite series, there is a prototype of Timesplitters 4 although it is VERY VERY limited in the content department. I think it's only for the PS3 too because that was the only prototype found. Someone who used to work at Free Radical had a build of it. It's on YouTube! It looks like there were gonna be a lot of ehancements including the graphics. Type in Timesplitters 4 gameplay with bots, dude just posted it this year. Makes me so mad it got cancelled.

There is also Timesplitters Next but that is an absolute insult to the series, it's like a fortnite clone. I'm glad it got canceled. Then TS Rewind which has been in the making for a long time, it's fan made. It looks very good.
