Hello, I don't know if this subject can be posted here, but I was looking for a trainer or a mod for the game "Old Market Simulator" because everything is too expensive in this game and I came across your link where we can download "cheat table".
I'm posting an image with this post so you can see the link.
The download doesn't work, does it exist?
I can't find any mod or trainer for this game, my problem is mainly money, I've started a game three times, the seeds and items are so expensive...

Well, for my game, cheat engine made the game mess up, I was able to add money, I had tested 20,000,000, it had taken well the problem was that I could no longer order items for my store, and when I slept in bed to save my game, it put me at - 12,000,000....I went bankrupt...
Back to square one, I have to start a new game ....
I started again to test the software, but by setting a smaller number "200,000" and it works.

And when starting a new game, try the cheats on your fake (second) account.
In case of success, apply to the main account.
These are already a part of the existing entertainment (Hacks, Cheats) and are steps to gain experience.
Use secondary (fake) accounts until you do better and reserve each step as "Experience".

+1 that website looks fake; if you downloaded anything, it was a virus

CE changed the value just fine. The problem is that the value you found wasn't the right one. The game could store information redundantly- e.g. "moneySpent", "moneyGained", etc. could all be taken into account when you save. Maybe there's an amateur anticheat that does the same thing using an xor key or something, and it only activates when you sleep.
Or maybe the game requires multiplayer features even in single player. Disconnect from the internet. If you can't play the game anymore, give up.
Looks like that game was made using Unity. Activate mono features and dissect mono. Look through the interface and see how the game stores important values like money.
