Cloaking has no effect when I set a breakpoint!

Hey everybody, when I activate cloaking on a page, the cloaking is working perfectly but I had noticed that when i set a breakpoint at somewhere in the code(disassembly region) the cloaking become has no effect and the modified bytes appear in the hex veiwer instead of the cloaked original code and as a result the crc checks triggered!
