Cheat Engine

So I wanted to give myself some money in an online game to buy something. I by-passed the flimsy anti-cheat and successfully made myself rich, but now when I buy something, I get a network error and when I go back into the game, my money is reset to its original amount. Seeing as I've made it this far, there must be a way to fix this so I can live happily ever after.

Any ideas?

Find where the server is IRL, break into the building, install CE on the server, and scan for values there. /s

In all seriousness, try disconnecting from the internet. If you can't play the game anymore, give up.
