| I know that there is a way to remove old searches; but, because I seldom do it, I tend to forget where they are stored. I know that they are in a Temp folder somewhere. But, I cannot recall where. But, I have seen where Cheat Engine stores files containing prior searches that sometimes exceed 100 GiB (gibibytes) in size. Where are those stored? I have Windows 10 on one computer and, in the improbable event that I wish to do it on a different computer, that one runs Windows 11.

Normal scans don't have that issue. It's only pointer scans. Specifically pointer maps (*.scandata) and pointer scan results (*.PTR).
Attach to some process (CE tutorial or CE itself is fine), right click the address list (bottom half of main window), select "Generate pointermap", and see where the default location is.
Alternatively, just search your filesystem for files with those extensions.
PS: if you use multiple pointermaps when scanning, the .PTR files won't be 100 GiB+
See this video for how to do a pointerscan correctly:

| Thank you for the reply, ParkourPenguin. I haven't used pointer maps. My searches are mostly exact-value searches in 4-byte address spaces. Sometimes, I will use unknown initial values. Unrelated to the topic, but a curiosity-driven question: When are hypertexts allowed in posts? I attempted to link to Wikipedia's article on binary prefixes for the gibibyte; however, I was informed that I am not yet allowed to post URLs. Are those allowed after a certain number of posts (such as 25, 50, or 100)?

Yeah something like that. You can obfuscate links if you really need to post a link.
Using a link to explain what a GiB is isn't really necessary though. People who want to learn the meaning of some term will search it themselves. If they don't, then they either aren't interested in learning or don't have enough common sense to be on the internet.
The distinction between a GiB and a GB isn't that relevant in this case. Pointerscan files sometimes take up a lot of memory. 100 GiB or 100 GB are both pretty much the same order of magnitude- either one more precisely defines "a lot of memory."
One thing I missed. Apparently there is "File -> Save scan session", but I've never used it. I don't think it would take up 100 GiB+. At worst I'd expect it to be 3 times the amount of RAM the game takes up- likely less.
