cheating and give unlimited money in the game was easy.
but now i want to unlock the second chapter. the one on the right the gray one.

You can try using ultimap or look at the save files using a savegame analyzer or a hex editor for comparative analysis (save file before unlocking and save file after unlocking) to try to narrow in on the value(s) that need to change.
