First of all, Double Dragon 4 is a pixel art 2D side scrolling offline beat em up game for those who don't know
Second, I have a few basic knowledge about how to use cheat engine and I tryed to use it for searching for lifes in double dragon 4, and i managed to find the adress for life, but there is a problem: everytime i restart the game the cheat table doesn't work and where the value of lifes should normally be there are just 2 question marks, and if i try to use the cheat table i created after restarting the game it just doesn't work, i wanna know what causes the issue, and i repeat it's an offline game

it's called dynamic memory allocation. When a game allocates memory windows will return it a random address and give it the location of it. So if the lives is in allocated memory, it'll change each time the game is ran

You can solve this by using pointers or code injection. (Check out ce's tutorial for an example)
Pointerscan might be the easiest if you have absolutely no grasp of assembler code

Do not worry, I read the rules and I know it's against the rules to ask for hacking in online games, i only am interested into hacking offline single player games and i will check some tutorials about what you said

Hello um, look, i tryed the injection code thing but it gave me an error that's like this: your code injection must have an enable and disable section

I don't know why the error occurs, and I am not an expert in cheat engine, i know to search for health and lives, and now i tryed to follow some tutorials, i really tryed but i failed, i am just tooo dumb to understand how the code injection of cheat engine works😢😢😢😢😢😢😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
