I know there's a 'changed value' scan type to filter out values that have not been changed compared to the last scan, but is there any way to filter out addresses if their value has not been modified whatsoever since the last scan?
For example, let's say my health in a game is 100. I scan for 100 and then hurt my player. But before I scan for a changed value, my health goes down to 75 and regens to 100. If I was unaware of my health regenerating, I'd search for 'changed value,' and the result would get filtered out. If there was a 'has been modified' scan option, the address would still be in the list of results. I hope my question is clear, lol.

Not really. CE would need to be constantly scanning memory- something only feasible if you have a low number of results.
The "current value" you see is only checking the visible results, not all the results.

If the change happens quickly, then you can try using the speed hack feature to slow the target down to a crawl so that you can perform your scans accordingly.

What I'm actually trying to do is scan for a flag in a tony hawk game. when I go out of bounds, it teleports me back into the map after a few seconds. I think there's a flag being toggled on & off when im in and out of the map. I've already tried scanning for changed values with the speedhack on 0.1, but I always end up with 0 results. I think I'm filtering out the flag address because the value is probably changing too quickly. I could be going about this wrong way, though. I don't really know what else to try.

| Have you consider the option: pause while scanning?

Based on his description, I believe that ultimap is definitely the way to go. Probably, any flags that are getting set, are immediately reset, making it virtually impossible to find with traditional scanning.
