I ran Beat Hazard 2 in Steam offline mode, and used CE to edit the amount of credits. It worked perfectly, but after exiting the game, it reverts to the saved state prior to editing the credits. Any perks purchased from the shop with the new credits also revert to being unpurchased.

I'd like to know if anyone has a workaround. This might be due to anti-cheat engine technology in the game, because when Beat Hazard 2 is played in online mode, editing the credits with CE doesn't work

(For the record, the game is single-player only with the only multiplayer component being online leaderboards).
